Northgate Village Rowhomes, owned by Hunt Midwest, a dynamic real estate development company with over 50 years of development, construction, and management experience in a wide range of projects, including industrial, commercial, mission-critical, self-storage, residential, multifamily, and senior living.

Their main objective was to sell their newly built rowhomes in North Kansas City. WiseGuys decided to shoot a professional video to display this unique property. After the professional video was taken, we used the video in Facebook and Youtube ads targeting their key demographic to generate leads and increase foot traffic.
